I do wander if the Counts daughter’s threat of killing Guts herself will ever be carried out.

Fate or not, humanity’s dream or not, I think that Griffith is ultimately a “fixer” type. I think that’s why he wanted Guts around and had the dream he did. He is attracted to what/who is broken and wants to fix everything/one.

I think the Lost Children arc is a pointless waste-of-time filler-ish story. It adds nothing to the overall plot and does nothing but reinforce Guts’ ruthlessness. People seem to like it because “He’s killing children! So dark and edgy!”

Berserk has definitely made on my favorites list. The number one being Promethea by Alan Moore. I wonder if either has read each other’s works.

I frequently pretend that Griffith sacrificed the Band of the Hawk to GWAR and that they are having a party in the afterlife.

i honestly find one of the most interesting characters in all of the series is the Behilt spider apostle from the Tower of Conviction Arc. so much about the unnamed thing interests me, like the fact that it became a Apostle without ever sacrificing anyone to God’s Hand, and how he went out of his way to talk to Luca before going and killing himself and hundreds more in the process.

I honestly don’t think the people of Falconia would really care that a bunch of mercenaries, murderers, and thieves had to die in order for them to have their paradise

Not really a confession, but when Casca is cured what’s the first thing you’d like her to do?

To be honest i liked Miura’s art style on the golden age and retribution arcs more than the current arcs. His current style is a lot more detailed but i feel like the faces look stiffer.
