I have the feeling that Isidro and Schierke will end up together at the end of the Manga. He’ll do something Heroic to save her, almost gets himself killed in the process, and she’ll end up falling for him. They both show signs of the “I hate you” routine that often leads to these types of pairings. Hell, look at Guts and Casca.
